International English Language Testing System is a standardized English proficiency test. It assesses the English Language skills in the areas of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. This test is recognized by over 10000 organizations worldwide.

IELTS has two types of modules - Academic and General Training. The Academic Module is required to be given by students who plan to study at undergraduate or

postgraduate levels. While, the General Training Module is generally a prerequisite for the people who either want to pursue vocational studies or plan to immigrate.

To study in any English speaking countries like USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, SINGAPORE, PORTUGAL and other English speaking countries students need to ask for Academic IELTS. Students who wish to study Graduation abroad can take IELTS.      

Apart from the students wanting to study abroad, people who wish to go to a foreign country for Work Visa, Immigration or on Dependent Visa have to appear for General Training IELTS in order to prove their proficiency in English Language.

PTE Academic is a computer-based test which assesses the Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing abilities of non-native speakers of English who need to demonstrate their academic English capability to obtain admission at English-speaking universities, higher education institutions or as proof of their language ability for a visa application. PTE Academic is accepted for student visas & immigration in Australia & New Zealand as well as by universities.

Test of English as a Foreign Language is a standardized English proficiency test that assesses English Language skills in the areas of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. Candidates desirous of pursuing further studies at undergraduate or graduate levels are required to take TOEFL to demonstrate their English proficiency and this test is offered 30-40 times a year. It is accepted by all Institutions in the USA & by some Institutions in UK & Canada.

The Duolingo English Test is an online exam that candidates can take on their personal computers. Candidates who need to prove English language proficiency can give the Duolingo English Test which can be taken online from anywhere anytime.it also tests all the four language skills Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.

The test is adaptive which means the difficulty level of the test increases with every correct answer and the next question becomes easier if your answer is wrong. Although the test duration is only around an hour but only with few questions it can test the ability of the test taker quickly.  

Candidates can take the test from their home and no appointment is needed for taking the test, as candidates can take it anytime anywhere as per their convenience.
